Members & linked resources
Manage your class roster, add co-teachers, and link tutors, assignments, apps, and tools.

Members tab
Open Member to manage who belongs to the classroom:
- Students — add or remove students from your school roster; see who has joined.
- Teachers List — invite other teachers from your school. Set each to
View only or Editor — that access applies across the classroom,
including linked tutors and assignments. - Join code — copy or regenerate the classroom share code.
Link resources to your class
Classroom does not replace Tutors, Assignments, Apps, or Tools — it links
them so students find everything in one place. Each resource tab works the same
way:

Teachers: click Link (or +) on the tab, pick items from your library,
and confirm. Unlink removes the shortcut from this classroom without
deleting the original item.
Important: Linking a tutor or assignment overrides that item's
previous access list. Students and collaborators then follow this classroom's
roster instead. Linked assignments show as Managed by classroom (no
share-code self-join).
Live Class from a linked tutor
From the Tutor tab, open a linked tutor's menu and choose Create live
class to start a classroom-scoped live session. See the Live Class

Evaluation (managers)
The Evaluation tab is for the classroom owner and Editor
co-teachers. Generate a health report across tutors, assignments, and
engagement — see Classroom evaluation reports. View only teachers cannot
open reports.
Tip: Link only the tutors and assignments you want students to see — students
browse linked items directly from the classroom tabs. To copy the whole
classroom for another teacher, see Publish, duplicate & import a classroom.
