An AI Literacy Learning Framework for primary and secondary schools will be established to strengthen STEM education and boost students' innovation and technology capabilities.
Primary I&IT Curriculum Framework
A primary school Information and Innovation Technology curriculum framework will be introduced in the 2026/27 school year to nurture students' digital and innovation skills early.
Teacher Professional Training Requirement
Professional training requirements in digital education will be set for teachers, who must complete no less than 30 hours of training within every three-year continuous professional development cycle.
Cross-sector and International Collaboration
The Blueprint promotes cross-sector collaboration among the government, schools and industry, working with Mainland and international partners to drive education innovation.
