Questions about pricing
Credits measure how much you use Zense AI.
Every plan includes monthly chat credits for messages to models such as GPT, Claude and Gemini, used at a rate set by the model you choose, and Creative Studio credits for images and videos.
Schools get one shared credit pool, with usage shown by class and by teacher.
Top up on any Zense AI plan at any time: chat credits cost HK$12 for 200, and Creative Studio credits cost HK$9 for 100.
Top-up credits last 30 days and are used after the monthly allowance.
You can also upgrade to Pro or Max for more monthly credits, and schools can buy shared top-up packs for teachers and students.
Zense AI is free to start: the Free plan costs HK$0 and includes 100 chat credits a month, Creative Studio credits, 20+ AI tools and basic support.
With yearly billing on Zense AI Pro or Max, you pay once a year and get 12 months for the price of 11.
Pro is HK$99 a month or HK$1,089 a year, and Max is HK$199 a month or HK$2,189 a year; with a discount, the yearly price is 11 times the discounted monthly price.
The full amount is charged at the start and at each renewal to the saved payment method, through Airwallex.
Zense AI school plans are priced per school, based on the number of teachers and students and the support needed.
Each plan includes accounts for every teacher and student, classrooms, Assignments with AI marking, subject AI tutors, Live class, 20+ AI tools, real-time safety alerts and a shared credit pool, plus on-site setup and face-to-face training.

AI for ELTFP, the Education Bureau's AI for Empowering Learning and Teaching Funding Programme, gives each successful publicly-funded school a one-off HK$500,000 for AI software, hardware, platforms, teaching resources and student AI activities.
The current round closed on 28 February 2026.
Zense AI helps funded schools plan the budget, teach in at least three subjects and prepare the interim and final reports, due 30 September 2027 and 30 September 2028.
