Connectors

Connect Google Drive, Google Classroom, OneDrive, and Canva to bring files, class sync, and designs into Zense AI.

Last updated Sep 6, 2026

Connectors link external services to Zense AI so you can use your files
without downloading and re-uploading them — and optionally sync a classroom with
Google Classroom.

Once connected, you can attach files from Google Drive or OneDrive directly in Chat, Library, and Tutor uploads — and export slide decks to Canva.

Available connectors

  • Google Drive — upload files directly into chat, and export Google Forms to
    your Drive.
  • Google Classroom (BETA) — sync classroom name, description, and
announcements. Disconnecting the connector stops new sync; linked classrooms
stay linked until you Unsync on the classroom.
  • Microsoft OneDrive — attach OneDrive files to chat or your library.
  • Canva — open presentation decks directly in the Canva editor.

See Create & join a classroom for the Google Classroom create/sync workflow.

Connect a service

Connecting takes just a few clicks — approve access in the pop-up and the service appears everywhere you attach files.

  1. Go to Settings → Connectors.
  2. Find the service and click Connect.
  3. Approve access in the pop-up.
  4. It now appears under Enabled connectors and wherever you attach files.

Disconnect a service

Disconnecting removes access but does not delete any files already saved in Zense AI.

  1. Return to Settings → Connectors.
  2. Find the connected service and click Disconnect.

If a connector isn't available in your workspace, it may not be enabled — ask
your school admin.
